Privacy Policy

This policy describes how AI Software B.V. ("we") handles data in our in-house tool Muziekstraat, which uses YouTube API Services, and on this website. By using Muziekstraat with YouTube you are bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Who uses the tool

Muziekstraat is used only by AI Software B.V. on its own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public and has no other users. We do not collect any data about viewers of the channel.

What data we access

When our operator signs in with the channel's Google account, Muziekstraat asks for permission (OAuth) to manage that channel's YouTube content: upload videos and set their details, thumbnails, subtitle tracks and playlists, and read the channel's own video and playlist lists. It accesses only the channel we own.

How we store and use it

The only Google user data we keep is the OAuth token that lets the tool act on our own channel. It is stored on our own computer in a file readable only by the operator, and nowhere else. We do not copy it to a server, share it, sell it, or use it for advertising or for any purpose other than publishing our own videos. Video files, titles, descriptions and subtitles are our own content, produced by us.

Sharing

We do not share Google user data with third parties. We only send data to Google (YouTube) itself, to publish our own content.

Retention and deletion

The token is kept only as long as we use the tool. We can delete it at any time by removing the file and by revoking access at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you believe we hold data about you, write to us and we will delete it.

This website

This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, has no forms and no accounts, and loads no scripts, fonts or images from other parties. Links to YouTube are ordinary links: nothing is sent to YouTube unless you click one.

Like any web server, ours records standard technical details of each request, such as the IP address, the time and the page requested. They are kept in log files with a fixed size limit, and the oldest entries are overwritten automatically, so they are not kept indefinitely. We use them only to keep the site secure and to fix faults.

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you, and we delete them when the matter is closed.

Your rights

You may ask us to show, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to the address below. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
